Shipping policy

While we aim to adhere to the following Shipping Policy, the challenges surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak may mean that processing and shipping of orders takes longer than expected.  We will endeavor to keep all customers up-to-date with the progress of their orders as we process, pack and ship them.e

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 working days, with orders received before 12 noon being processed on the same working day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders will be delivered Monday – Saturday, excluding bank or public holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We currently offer a standard delivery service with an anticipated transit time of 2-3 days and we aim to use tracked delivery methods where possible.

Current delivery charges are as follows for all UK addresses: 

  • £0.00 - £74.99 - £4.55
  • Over £74.99 - Free

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you really need your order sooner, please feel free to contact us to discuss whether there are other options to get your order to you.  This may be at an additional charge.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we will try to make sure you are kept informed of the progress of your order at all times.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped which will contain your tracking number(s) when applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Effie McLean Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We aim to package your order so that it survives its journey from us, to you.  However, there are times that the unavoidable happens and your product arrives damaged.  If this happens to you, please ensure that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods as we may need to follow up with our delivery provider.  Please contact us at info@effiemclean.com within 48 hours quoting your order number if your package does arrive damaged.

 

International Shipping Policy

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the UK as standard.  If you do like our products and would like to discuss options to deliver outside of the UK, please contact us at info@effiemclean.com.  This may be at an additional charge.
